The Great Gatsby/Visible monday

Igår såg jag The Great Gatsby på världens bästa biograf.
Yesterday I saw The Great Gatsby. No one will ever be a better Daisy than Mia Farrow, but we already knew that, right?
The film was flooded with rhinestones, sequins and hard coal and since a black dress with a very deep v-neck was the one I could not stop thinking about was today's choice of dress and black hard coal in the form of clips and jewelry from the worlds best jewelry store, Antikt gammalt & Nytt.
Well, clearly this look is not like The Great Gatsby, but as an inspiration in the Town hall/municipality-building (whatever!) on a Monday, I think coal is so neat that this is my Visible Monday-contribution this week.
... while lovely editors at the magazine Mama is this strikingly beautiful before heading to the decadent Moet & Chandon gluttony! This is Åsa! I remember a 20s party many years ago, and Åsa played piano when the guests made their entrance. So Beautiful! I was nothing but a driver in simple clothes ...

  8. I loved the orinal Great Gatsby film so I don't know what I'll think of this one, it sounds like it's more spectacle than story. That is a beautiful photo of you, with the messed up pink hair, dramatic make up and black slip you look like a character from a film yourself. xx

PS -- Keep hearing this new movie version has veered off track a bit regarding keeping it historically correct, but I also hear it's very good.
